As cleanly bitter, dry and quaffable as a German Pils but greatly influenced by our love of American hops - particularly Citra & Mosaic. This Modern American Pils was dry-hopped with hand-selected lots of Citra & Mosaic from last harvest providing delicately dank flavors of zested citrus and gooseberry. A carefully crafted complement to the sourdough & honey like pilsner malt profile on this supremely snappy and lively lager. Straight Coolin’ was lagered long and low for 6 weeks, ensuring a smooth, happily hoppy, lager drinking experience. Prost!
