Masterfully blended from our best barrels aged between eighteen and twenty-six months old, it carries notes of chocolate candy, sweet vanilla-like oak, tootsie rolls, and baker’s chocolate. It’s elegant, balanced, and intentional—a testament to the artistry and patience poured into each barrel. To elevate this character to new heights, we’ve crafted a limited run of Truth or Dare. This variation was aged on fresh-cut ghost peppers. Lurking beneath the luscious malty sweetness is a burst of heat that lingers with notes of rich dark chocolate.
