Coffee in a DIPA? The common theme here is Galaxy hops. We added them to the beer directly (not a big surprise). What is really unique is that the coffee processor also infused Galaxy hops into the beans in the mossto (fermentation water). The result is a coffee with some of the same fruity and herbal notes as the beer itself!
