A harmonious blend of our traditional krieken lambic with a natural wine madefrom Muscat Bleu from Wijndomein Hoenshof. The Muscat grapes underwent athree-day cold maceration, followed by gentle pressing, spontaneousfermentation, and aging in cuve. The result is an elegant interplay of subtlespiciness and a vinous, fruity depth.
