Smoke & Mirrors is a kettle sour infused with with Voyager Latrobe Mountain Ash Smoke Malt conditioned on lemon juice and carbonated with a mix of nitrogen and CO2. This combination gives a blend of sweet and sour flavours and an aromatic smoked malt character with a creamy drinkable finish. Our twist on the classic Whisky Sour cocktail in a beer.
