Merge Into One

Описание

Is that beer from Williamsport, PA or Williamsport, MD? This time, it's Merged Into One. Our friends from Cushwa Brewing Co. stopped by to pump their unique perspective into this collaboration. The result is a Sour IPA fermented on Blood Orange & Black Currants. Sweet floral citrus, bright jam, and red berry tannins merge with a dank citrus hop profile from Citra & Simcoe hops. This IPA is further soured with a blend of winemaker's acids to enhance the characteristics of the fruit and provide a bright pop. Eventually, all things Merge Into One, and this beer runs through it.
