This delightful one-of-a-kind cider was aged on the pomace of red and black raspberries and then re-conditioned on fresh peaches from our 2022 estate peach harvest. After touching off a secondary fermentation and producing further complexity, this cider pours peachy pink with notes of subtle berries and vibrant peach with an underlying crisp apple tone throughout.
