This beer has a tonne of hops thrown in its direction, it fears not those green little buds of deliciousness, and yet has enough malt in it to keep it from tipping over the edge, it balances off beautifully at 68 IBU, it is dry hopped with a big 270g Centennial, Mosiac and Cascade.
