Our fifth Perry! As old, and perhaps older than cider made from apples, perry is another traditional beverage from the Old World made with all pears. As with the others so far, our fourth batch is made with a blend of local PA pears from our friends at Weaver's Orchard. Harvested in 2023, pressed and fermented, then aged for 13 months, Perry V drinks clean with a subtle sweetness, and fresh ripe pear notes throughout. All pears, one more time!
