Munich, Dark Munich, and Abbey malts give this deep amber colored beer a toasty, biscuit base, while traditional German Hallertau hops provide bittering. Our house Belgian yeast lends a familiar character of fruity esters and hints of spice, while Citra hops from the Pacific Northwest lend an American twist.
