Fruity slightly cloudy blond beer of high fermentation.After 7 years of brewing it was time to tweak the recipe a bit.Still brewed with Barleymalt and Wheatmalt. With Juniper berries, sweet orange peel and coriander seeds. Hopped with Saaz and Styrian Golding. But also hopped with Mosaic and dry-hopped with Mosaic.This results in an even more fruity Grand cru then before. With notes of tropical fruits and berries.Nice balans between sweet and bitter.
