Of the Woods is our series of PA cider aged in or on wood. This Peach + Oak edition is a small batch that was rested on French and American Oak along with 100 pounds of pressed Pennsylvania peaches grown nearby in Berks County. Dry and on the sour side, with light notes of ripe peach, and a touch or oak tannin.
