This is a thought experiment : How would a farmhouse ale be like if it was made in West Africa ?This is our take, inspired from the famous Senegalese Bissap drink, using honey and Roselle (Hibiscus) to complement the spicy notes that occur naturally in Belgian Yeasts.Made in Buzau in collaboraton with One Beer Later
