This spring we sat down at Salikatt and thought of what kind of beers we should bring for MBCC 2024. Obviously there would be world-class barleywines there, imperial stouts, IPAs, smoothie sours and some great lagers. A lot of great beers, but also a lot of alcohol. So we brewed this exclusive little treat! A 2.5% ABV ultra fruited sour. Tart, fresh, fruity and with a very modest alcolhol level. Mostly passionfruit driven, but also some supplementary fruits in it for complexity. We absolutely love this beer, and hope you do the same! Cheers!
