West Coast DIPA w/ Pineapple, Citra, Centennial, StrataThis one started as a classic double IPA, but a moderate addition of pineapple juice pushes it into some new territory. Pineapple dominates on the nose, but takes a backseat to the hops in the initial hit of flavor. A hint of fruity tartness and pineapple “zip” in the finish makes this one something pretty unique.
