For our first collab with Sofia Electric we decided to play a bit and stretch the boundaries of our favourite style - the NEIPA. to the standard malts we use in our NEIPAs we added roasted malts that give the beer its dark colour, and create gentle caramel sweetness with subtle chocolate notes in the finish, after all the hoppy fruitiness. the result is a rich bodied beer with an intriguing evolving taste. The name was given to the beer by Aiden, inspired by his Tel Aviv experience - chaotic, but with structure
