We present to you the first apricot blend from the 2021 fruit season! This is a blend of several different farmhouse barrels that were fermented with Eric's yeast culture along with organic apricots at a rate of four pounds per gallon. The most amazing thing about this season's apricot beers is their lack of harsh acidity! It's a creamy apricot dream without any of the strong acidity that previous apricot beers have sometimes had. The different yeast aromas are still present making this, in my opinion, one of the best apricot beers we've released yet.
