Brut IPM

Описание

A beer inspired by a Mimosa, brewed by a Mimosa. Fermented to almost no residual sugars to give it a dry feeling, hopped with Hallertauer Blanc and Nelson Sauvin to mimic the white wine and grape flavours. Amarillo was used for the orange and on top of that a post fermentation addition of 30L fresh orange juice was thrown in to make this creation whole. Finally a beer that is socially acceptable to have at breakfast!
