This beer was inspired by traditional Korean alcoholic beverages. Using rice and yeast extracted from Geumjeongsanseong Nuruk, it tastes like a hybrid between a traditional Korean drink and a Lambic.> Fruity, Funky, Sour, Nutty, Light-bodied, CleanBrewery: COLOREDDComment: The name was taken from a phrase describing a drink in the novel 'The Bird That Drinks Tears' by the author Lee Yeongdo. The full name of this beer is 'It's a Cold Fire. I drink it with the moon in it.' :)
