We took our blended American wild ale and let it sit in Sauvignon Blanc Barrels for just over 13 months.Shared Space started off with brewing two separate bases that could be thought of as cousins of Austin and TABA and then added additional strains of brettanomyces before letting the barrel metamorphosis begin.Barrel Aged Shared Space Sauvignon Blanc pours a beautiful straw gold with aromas of lemon zest and honey crisp apple. Complex flavors of sliced pear, fragrant stone fruit, green apple, and zesty passionfruit come together in a soft and creamy body, balanced tartness, and a complex barrel presence.
