Bringing all the soft juicy notes of the tropics with none of the sand, Tahitian Blue started simply as the color code for our favorite shirt and now lives on as a sticky and balanced Double IPA drenched with notes of passionfruit, guava, Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grapefruit, and starfruit. A little bit of sweetness sticks to the lips after each sip but a mild bitterness and resinous hop profile cut through the candied malt and cloudy body to make it super drinkable for a Double IPA. It's been another standout year for Mosaic hops, and Tahitian Blue is the perfect vessel to show them off.Hops: Mosaic
