A blend of spontaneously fermented saisons generously hopped with new world and experimental UK hops, then aged in Chardonnay barrels for oneyear. Aromas of peachy stone fruit, mild funk. Complex up front acidity pairedwith peach, white grape, floral notes, oak tannins and Chardonnay character.
