You stick with what you love. Here's our tribute to Yarlington Mill: a blend of three different barrels, part fermented in Kentucky oak casks, and bottle conditioned. Vanilla, brown sugar, ripe apple, chasimatic tannins.When we decided to blend a collaboration cider with our friends at Ross on Wye and our sister pub The Station House, we assumed we'd have a variety of different apples.We quickly found a batch of Yarlington Mill which we knew had to be in the blend.
