This delicate triple IPA starts with a base of fresh Strata hash laid on top of a massive amount of soft wheat and fluffy oats. The hash provides layers of fresh, sticky mango juice which we then dry hopped with fresh Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Waimea. These hops balance the slight sweetness and transform this beer into a complex yet approachable TIPA.Notes of tangelo, gooseberry, and a tropical fruit melange.
