Armor of Gold Lager is Great Leap Brewing’s latest exploration of working with local tea. Carefully selected whole flower chrysanthemum tea was used during both the hot and cold side of the brewing process that results in a beer that presents beautiful notes of chrysanthemums. The inspiration of the name comes from a poem by Huang Chao, “City full of Chrysanthemum as if they are golden armors”.黄金甲拉格是大跃在使用中国本土茶叶酿酒探究中的最新佳作。我们在酿造过程分数次投放了大量的黄山特选贡菊，酒体色泽金黄，清透干净。入口之初未见端倪，然而几秒过后，悠然清幽的菊花香气便令人为之一振，即可边析何谓“花中隐逸者”。酒名引自唐朝诗人黄巢的《不第后赋菊》，“冲天香阵透长安，满城尽带黄金甲”。
