Barrel #34 held our house pilsner for 18 months and has impacted a whole new world of flavour upon it. On the nose there is plenty of farmhouse funk, oak, green apple and a hint of sherry sweetness. That funk carries on to the palate and when combined with the biting green apple acidity, this beer is almost akin to a classic Chablis. A truly historic representation of the style.
