Sweet up front, but ending with a nice touch of bitterness.Brewer's Notes: a blend of 2 of our barleywines, a 2022 vintage and a 2023 vintage, aged for 12 months in a small format Mosgaard Whisky barrel.Ingredients: malted barley, oats, honey, hops and yeast
