This style basically launched the Hoppy Craft Beer revolution and turned the Cascade hop into a mega star in the beer world. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale was released in 1981, it led the charge and still does today. Wild West’s version features the traditional all-star Cascade for the classic grapefruit-citrus plus a few other modern hops. The malt-hops balance is critical in this style and should be dominated be neither! This is also an excellent table beer that pairs perfectly with a wide variety of foods, from Pizza to Hotpot!
