Take Me Down To Mango Town is our new wheat ale with a boatload of mango. Brewed with a 50/50 split of pilsner malt to wheat malt, fermented fairly warm with a classic English ale yeast strain, and then with about 150 kg of mango purre added. This beer is perfect for enjoying the last rays of summer sunshine going into autumn. Cheers!
