Did you think we were done with new releases for the year? I did too, but we've managed to squeeze in a flash cask release before the year is out. What a belter it is too, combining our favourite superhop Cryo Idaho 7 along with old dependable Simcoe. Working with the usual biscuity base beer, expect pineapple, passionfuit and pink grapefruit. Pat also adds 'Grandma's Apple Pie,' but I don't know what that tastes like and I think he's joking, but you can't make jokes in this game so it's going in as a tasting note.
