The Queen's Select

The Queen's Select is a hazy IPA fermented with Tropics yeast and wildflower honey. We used this special yeast to promote thiol production during fermentation which adds extreme fruity and tropical aromas. We used Citra along with two of our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops, Nectaron and Galaxy, to dry hop this is IPA.
