Old style mead/beer reciUP. Part of the Glass Back in Time series. Brewed with old strains of malted barley and rye withapples. Peaches, raspberries, Quince. Coriander, cardamom and rosemary were added for bittering agents and bottled conditioned. Brewed in 1997 for Bottoms Up. Said to drink 9 months after bottling. Well past the 1998 date to consume.
