Belgian style wit/wheat beer with a twist. Slightly bigger than your typical summer wheat, this one has a silky-smooth feel to it. The beer is dry however, and carries some fruity esters to keep it very easy drinking. In line with tradition, we've added orange peel and coriander seed late in the boil. Contrary to tradition we threw in some chamomile as well and it ties in seamlessly.
