This is for the 2025 VintageTaking inspiration from Belgian Oude Geuze and lambics that we love, this refreshing, funky wild ale was produced using a turbid wort of barley and unmalted wheat before extensive aging in ex-Chardonnay wine casks for 14 months.Our Post Mortem range allows us to dissect and examine unique styles of beer and experiment with unusual processes and ingredients.
