Ale brewed with Oranges and Beets. Brewed for Next Restaurant's recreation of the famous El Bulli restaurant in Spain. Brewed with roasted beets, and scented with orange zest and piney chinook hops, this food beer goes with just about anything. At Next, this beer was paired with three dishes, the gorgonzola sphere, spanish tortilla, and nasturtium with beef and eel.
