In preparation for New Year’s Eve ceremonies we created this masterpiece, a Brut IPA that was fruited with chardonnay and sauvignon grapes which imparts flavors of pear and white peach. We then dry-hopped with some experimental German varietals: Arianna and Huell Melon, which contribute a nuanced fruitiness that evokes flavors of melon, white grape and gooseberry.
