A super-fun 4.5% German pale ale, with a recipe designed by our Technical Brewer, Yvonne Wernlein, as a celebration of the hops from her homeland!This bright and crisp pale ale brings together the delicious floral character of classic German hop varieties with a kick from a delicately used fruity modern breeds – alongside the botanical and beautifully gentle Mittelfruh and Tettnanger, we’re bringing a little bit of citrus and tropical zip to the flavour party with Callista and Mandarina Bavaria in the mix.“With the four hops we’ve chosen for Sonder, I think drinkers will get a real taste of what German hop-growing has to offer, with both the old-world and new world crops contributing to a very tasty, balanced pale ale.”
