Rooibos Tea is a South African herbal tea, with Rooibos meaning ‘Red Bush’. Not only is the tea itself absolutely delicious and good for you, more importantly it works fantastically in beer!The low tannin levels means it can go into the hotside of the brewing process without becoming astringent/bitter. It also adds a smooth layer to the mouthfeel of the base beer, and a wonderful sweet earthy aroma. Pilot batch release so there’s only a few kegs to go around!
