The last of the plum blends from 2023 is here! These pluots are a hybrid of plums (2/3rds) and apricots (1/3rd) and even though they look like plums, the flavor of the fruit and how it comes through in beer is vastly different. Big notes of pear and sweet plums. Just a hint of pink color, but super unique and incredibly drinkable. A crowd pleaser for sure!
