(Batch Dated: 5/20) Flemish red-inspired country beer. Half of this batch was aged in tawny and ruby port barrels (with the other half resting in wine barrels). This batch Is so deep—purple and red fruit notes of raspberry, black plum, and red currant, with some winey, leather, tobacco, and wet earthy oak notes. Some cocoa nib and light roasted new-school coffee vibes too. This is a great one to expand your mind and pallet with.
