Pedestal is our line of single hop beer where we single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory.This particular version sees us use a new hop from the Hop Breeding Company: 638. A very unsexy number for a name, but one that has quietly garnered some high internal praise and has been described to us as galaxy-esque. We don’t disagree. It is delicious.Extra bonus fun: this beer was fermented using a brand new thiol-releasing yeast from Escarpment Labs. It is awesome. We taste mixed notes of pineapple, lime and some dank grapefruit.
