Quips is a modern take on the classic style of Belgian Pale Ale. One of the coolest and most smashable pales we've made to date. We've fermented this baby with a traditional Belgian ale yeast strain, bringing sweet ester hints of banana, peach and a touch of funk on the aroma. To compliment we've dry-hopped with Citra and Huell Melon for extra lushness. There's a hint of bitterness upfront which quickly gives way to a bouquet of apricot, mango, strawberry and banana. The finish is balanced, with a subtle bitterness and light juicy hit. The perfect Autumn pale.
