Made especially for our friends Lars and Harriet's wedding, One Way Ticket is named in honor of Harriet moving to Denmark from the UK. It's a super fresh and hoppy IPA using a blend of Mosaic, Lemon Drop and Talus hops. It's easy drinking, well balanced and comes in at 5,5% abv.Brewer's Notes: We went with some fun hops on this one for a nice blend of both citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Medium bodied and just a touch of bitterness for balance.Ingredients: malted barley, oats, wheat, hops and yeast
