Without a doubt one of the most adventurous and original sour beers produced in Wales. A Berliner Weiss at heart, but made jet black, imperial strength and then infused with whole cherries, blackberries and strawberries. Think Black Forest Gateau in a glass with a huge sour punch in the face.
