Dang is a hoppy, vibrant and aromatic saison fermented with our house cultures in French oak white wine barrels. A generous amount of Sterling hops were deployed in the kettle. Post fermentation and after blending from select barrels, the beer received a hefty dry hop with more Sterling and Saphir hops. Zesty!Brewed Jun. 2017Bottled Oct. 2017Released Feb. 2018
