Yuzu Hazy

Описание

This b’day hazy just landed from WA and it’s got us chomping at the bit! Here’s what Perth Head Brewer, Jackson, had to say of his unique limited-edition release:“Yuzu is a rare treat that we’re stoked to be able to get our hands on. A citrus varietal that displays lemon, mandarin and grapefruit characters but as soon as you think you’ve got it worked out, it changes on you.Aroma descriptors bandied about during tank tastings were lemon thyme and candied grapefruit (amongst others) but one thing’s for sure, the hop character in this beer stands on its own - Citra and Simcoe for days.
