Recon Series: Pucker Hop

Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Taps Mooloolaba, this hoppy sour beer is refreshingly different. Cultured with a unique blend of saccharomyces cerevisiae, lactobacillus and brettanomyces for a depth of flavour and deliciously combined with floral and citrus hop aromas to enhance the mixed fermentation character. This light and tart IPA is very easy drinking.
