This is our heaviest hop drop of any beer. 12g/l in the boil and 10g/l dry hop. Weighing in at 120IBU (predicted) West Coast “style” DIPA. First up you get a pleasant sweetness from the malt profile. Next comes the hops with plenty of earthy, resinous and pine notes with a hint of berries and citrus. Lastly is a lingering bitterness that seems like it will go on for days.
