If a haunted Pho shop made beer, it'd be Saigon Horror. The base beer is a traditional French Biere de Garde, or a light Saison-type ale intended to age for a short period (or garde). The simple base (Pale 2 Row, Vienna, Cararye malts; Saaz hopping) provide a great backbone for the complex flavors that we scared up.
