S'more Stout

Inspired by our brewer Sam's childhood camping memories. Jumbo marshmallows toasted over a campfire and added piping hot to dark chocolate mounted atop a graham cracker. A big imperial stout w/ graham crackers in the mash, then dark brown sugar, Belgian dark candi syrup & milk sugar. With homemade marshmallows added with cocoa powder right at the end of the boil. This stout is lush liquid velvet.
